Caleo Café defines itself as a casual neighbourhood bistro.
We are open for coffee, breakfast, lunch, pastries, brunch and drinks. Our focus is put on quality, mostly seasonal and local ingredients. Everything is homemade, from the juices, to every sauce is every dish to the vegan cookie to the peanut butter you find in your granola bowl.
We carefully selected our suppliers and are proud to work with them.
Our specialty coffee is from Gust Coffee Roasters. Tanguy is obsessed about the best, ethical specialty coffees across the world. He focuses on 3 main pillars when it comes to values, freshness, ethical sourcing and taste. « Fresh. Ethical. Delicious » is his devise.
Our croissants and bread comes from Mains Bakery, now one of Brussels best bakeries. They only work with natural sourdough and organic flours.
